Welcome to RoadRescue. These Terms of Service govern your use of the RoadRescue mobile application and website. By accessing or using RoadRescue, you agree to these Terms.

RoadRescue is a technology platform that connects customers with independent roadside assistance providers. RoadRescue does not directly provide towing, roadside assistance, vehicle repair, or transportation services.

By using RoadRescue you acknowledge that services are performed by independent providers who are solely responsible for the work they perform.

Platform Services

RoadRescue is a technology platform that connects customers seeking roadside assistance with independent service providers. RoadRescue does not employ roadside assistant providers and is not responsible for performing towing, tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockout services, or any other roadside assistance services.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting the security of their account credentials. You agree to provide truthful information and to use RoadRescue only for lawful purposes.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through RoadRescue using stripe. Customers authorize payment for requested services through the RoadRescue platform. Pricing is displayed before service is accepted. Additional fees, including applicable cancellation fees, may apply in accordance with RoadRescue policies.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a service request before a provider has been dispatched without charge. If a service is canceled after a provider has accepted the request and begun traveling to the service location, a cancellation fee may apply. Any applicable cancellation fee will be clearly disclosed through the RoadRescue platform.

Independent Service Providers

All roadside assistance providers using RoadRescue operate as independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of RoadRescue. Each provider is solely responsible for maintaining required licenses, insurance, certifications, and compliance with applicable laws.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle information, service location details, and contact information. Customers are responsible for remaining available during the service request and ensuring they have the legal authority to request service for the vehicle.

Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for delivering services professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable laws. Providers must maintain valid insurance and any required business documentation while using the RoadRescue platform.

Limitation of Liability

RoadRescue provides the technology platform that connects customers and providers. RoadRescue is not responsible for quality, timing, safety, legality, or outcome of services performed by independent providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadRescue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Intellectual Property

The RoadRescue name, logo, website, mobile application, and all related content are the intellectual property of RoadRescue unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
