RoadRescue does not deduct a commission from the price you quote. The customer pays the platform fee separately, while you receive your full quoted payout and 100% of every tip you earn.

If a customer cancels after you have been dispatched and the cancellation qualifies under RoadRescue’s policy, you receive a $25 cancellation payment for your committed time.

A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID, proof of active towing/roadside insurance, and proof of your towing or roadside business. This can include a business license, registration, or other valid business documentation. Files can be uploaded as PDF, JPG, or PNG.
Most complete applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. We manually review provider information to help maintain a reliable network.
RoadRescue is launching in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Initial service coverage will focus on areas supported by approved providers and will expand as the provider network grows.
No. RoadRescue providers operate as independent contractors or independent businesses, not RoadRescue employees. Providers choose which requests to accept and remain responsible for their own business, vehicle, insurance, licensing, and legal requirements.
RoadRescue charges customers a separate platform fee on completed services. This fee is not deducted from the provider’s quoted payout or tips. All applicable charges are shown to customers before payment.
Download RoadRescue on iOS or Android, select the provider account option, complete the onboarding process, and upload the required documents. Once approved, your provider account will be ready as RoadRescue builds its initial provider network and begins serving customers in the Atlanta area.
