Provider FAQs

Provider applicants must upload a valid driver’s license or id, proof of tow operator insurance, and business registration. Documents must be clear and readable and can be uploaded as PDF, JPG, PNG files up to 10 MB each.

Provider applications are reviewed manually. Approval typically takes 2-3 business days after all required information and documents have been submitted.

RoadRescue is launching in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Initial service coveragw will focus on areas supported by approved providers and will expand as the provider network grows.
